Octopus Cantabrian style
Ingredients:
- 4 cans of octopus in oil
- olive oil
- vinegar
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- salt
- pepper and parsley

Preparation:
Dice onion, garlic and parsley, then lightly fry in a frying pan. When starting to brown, add wine, a little water, salt, pepper and a drop of vinegar.
