Ingredients:
- 2 cans of sardines in oil
- 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
- tomato sauce
- 1 hard-boiled egg and oven baked green peppers.
Preparation:
Cut potatoes into slices and place in a serving dish.
Cover with sardines.
Cover in tomato sauce, sprinkle diced hard-boiled egg and oven baked pepper cut into strips.
