More than 100 years of history. The sea of Galicia, located in the northwest of Spain, is known worldwide thanks to the exceptional quality of its fish and seafood. In 1890 an active entrepreneur, Justo López Valcárcel, founded our company in Vigo. From the very beginning he aimed to make all this wealth available in other countries following a very clear strategy: quality is the only key allowing to access the most demanding markets. Ever since its creation, Conservas Valcárcel has been a company open to the world, which is constantly putting itself to the test and thus has managed to secure its position for more than 100 years.
