Small scallops live in deep waters, on banks of clean and firm sand, near the coast, and they are a type of mollusc that is relished for its exquisite meat.

We carefully choose the best samples and after cleaning them carefully and removing the hepatopancreas by hand, we proceed to their packaging and addition of the scallop sauce, which is cooked manually using only natural and top quality ingredients, such as Albariño wine, which highlights its flavour.
