OCTOPUS IN VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The octopus, inhabitant of the rocky sea beds and the underwater prairies, is one of the main delicacies of Galician cuisine.

We choose the best samples weighing between 1 and 2 kilograms and after cleaning them and giving them their optimum cooking point, they are hand sliced.

Their manual preparation is completed when they are canned in virgin olive oil that has been previously tasted and chosen, in search of the best degree of colour, aroma and acidity.
